Our Mission Statement

"To preserve and improve
Buckingham Township
as an agricultural and rural
residential community."

The Buckingham Township Civic Association was incorporated on March 28, 1952, and has continued to be a viable and sometimes a very vocal force in the affairs of the community. It was formed by a group of concerned citizens with very definite goals for our township. The Buckingham Township Civic Association is not affiliated with the management of Buckingham Township.

  • Dear Buckingham Township Residents:

Best wishes to you all for a safe and healthy coming year. As you are probably aware, it’s time to renew your membership in the Buckingham Township Civic Association.

In 2008 your organization will continue to be active at the township level over the critical and contentious issues facing us such as development, traffic control, parkland and open space. We urge your active participation. Two-way communication is essential. We can’t address these issues without your help.    In addition, your dues allows your organization to carry on various programs such as the Doylestown Farmer’s Market which supports our local farmers and economy, our semi-annual Antique/Flea Market whose revenues go toward land preservation, our Easter Egg Hunt for the delight of the children in our township and Meet the Candidates Night when township residents have the opportunity to question candidates on the issues affecting our township.                          To implement these programs your renewal is VITAL to our success. Please join us in making Buckingham Township an even greater place to live and work. On behalf of the Board of Directors I thank you for your continuing support.  Please renew your membership today. We count on your financial support in the form of membership dues to sustain our organization and accomplish its goals.

Buckingham is growing.  Your new or renewed membership is critical to making it better.  YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!  Join Now!

    Sincerely,

    Al Becker
