BuckinghamTownship Residents:
Best wishes to you and your family for a
safe and healthy coming year. Hopefully you have already remembered to
renew your membership in the Buckingham Township Civic Association.
In 2010 the Township faces critical and
contentious issues such as development, traffic control, energy and
the environment, and open space acquisition. The Civic Association
will be involved, but we can’t be as effective without your active
participation. We need your energy, your ideas—and, yes, your dues. We
count on your financial support in the form of membership dues to
sustain our organization and accomplish its goals.
Your membership fees allow the BTCA to carry
on various programs such as the Doylestown Farmer’s Market which
supports our local farmers and economy, our semi-annual Antique/Flea
Market whose revenues go toward land preservation, our Easter Egg Hunt
for the delight of the children in our township, and Meet the
Candidates Night when township residents have the opportunity to
question candidates on the issues affecting our township. Your renewal
is VITAL to the success of these programs.
