Do you know your Farmer? Who grows the food you feed your family?
Welcome to the Market! The Doylestown Farmers' Market runs every Saturday from the
3rd Saturday in April to the Saturday before Thanksgiving from
7:00 am until noon.
Every Saturday morning from spring to fall
our vendors are happy to present you with the opportunity to buy
wonderful foods and products directly from the farmer or producer. The Buckingham Township Civic Association which
started the Market in 1975 in Buckingham has been proud to sponsor the
Market ever since.
If you have an interest in becoming a
vendor, call us at 215-345-5355.
Check out the Vendor Contract Application and
Vendor Contract Rules.
Market products include
seasonal, chemical free and conventional grown produce, herbs, grass-fed Angus beef, pork,
poultry and eggs, organic dairy products, fresh baked items (artisan breads,
pastries, cakes, pies, muffins, donuts, quick breads, cookies, biscotti,
Danish, gluten free items, scones, etc.), jams and marmalades, jellies, pie fillings,
pickles, organic olive oil, relishes, pickled vegetables, vinegars,
local honey & maple syrup, pates, roasted organic coffee beans, granola, kettle corn &
nuts, ready-made foods, sauces, cider, cut flowers, bedding plants,
perennials, nursery stock, handcrafted garden accessories, all
natural soap products, sugar scrubs, dog biscuits, alpaca products,
local artist crafts, plus
so much more. Weekly live entertainment, children's activities, chef
demonstrations and community events round out the offerings on Saturday
Most of our vendors will
be more than happy to accept preorders that you can pick up at the
Market. That way, there'll be no wondering if your favorite item will
be there for you. Many of our vendors have interesting websites that
give you more information about what they grow or make.
